Avis Rent A Car

I really do not recommend this place, I made a reservation online and they charged the insurance coverage for the car immediately and when I went to this location to pick up the car the man at the front desk told me that he could not do anything for me cause of my report of credit. That's something they never said before making a reservation for the car. Also the man was very rough.

Wouldn't recommend Avis to anyone. Booked a rental car for my girlfriend and me to take a vacation with. We arrived and we could not get the car since I booked the car with my credit card and put the reservation into her name because she would be the one that's driving (I can't drive at the moment.) It would have been nice to know that before we planned our vacation.

If your thinking about using Avis do yourself a favor and don't their a bunch of crooks!

Great car, they solved all difficulty's (FL to NY) with a very good quality of service. And called to check out and verify that everything went well. (Thanks..) Don't hesitate..

I had a great experience all around with this rental. Great service, very nice car (2015 Buick Regal) and a good rate. The ONLY issue I had, and it wasn't that big of a deal but I feel that it is worth mentioning: I reserved a Standard auto. When I arrived to pick it up they had a Kia Soul for me. They offered me the Regal, a Camry or another sedan for $3.00 more per day. It is not so much the extra charge but I did reserve a sedan not an SUV. I still give it a 5.
