In a Small town it is easy to say a customer has no choice. WE DO. We choose great Services, exemplary respect and speedy reaction to our needs. Numerous occasions go on phone calls where you dismiss or disengage a caller. We are a victim of that. Loyal to main cities for their courteous ways, CLEAN cars, FAST service even with appointments waiting Ocala needs to step up. Less than cordial individuals on phone lines lessens our experiences with the company and therefore lends a picture of a whole. The customer is the reason you exist and demand is how you survive, but true success is becoming exceptional at delivering exceptional service, pleasant reactions and times and delivery of need without price inflation.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Great prices. Most of all no problems with the car, seeing I had to drive from Florida to Michigan and back. I will defanetly use them again!

I rented a Ford Focus to drive home and back...Car being fixed at nearby shop. Had so much fun driving it I rented a convertible for a day a week later. What a Joy...I felt 40 years younger driving a Mustang Eco-Boost Convertible. This car is a Beast when you put it in Sport Mode. Handles well. The Staff at Enterprise made all the paperwork effortless. I might do this several times a year to Boost my Spirits.

From the easy pick up to the efficient drop off, I couldn't be happier with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had to change my city of pick up at the last minute and there was no charge and no problem. I had to drop the car off at the airport and was not charged extra for that service. My time was treated as valuable on both ends. This has not been the case with other companies. I will definitely be using only Enterprise from now on!
