Gorgeous building inside and out, huge windows with great views overlooking the river. It Is also fairly good with its accessibility for physical impairments, it is however a nightmare for the visually impaired.

I spend most of my time in this building and while visually stunning I have come to loathe my time inside of it. Designed with an M.C. Esher-esque labyrinth in mind, there is rarely seating available despite swathes of open spaces that could accommodate more chairs and as someone with an invisible physical disability this becomes excruciating to deal with day after day - sitting on hard floors and awkwardly shaped benches trying to hastily eat my lunch without a table to use gets old fast. There is only one small place to eat that is constantly packed to the brim and no alternative places within walking distance - you're stuck eating there if you don't make your own lunch. Even if you do make your own lunch there are no accessible microwaves to use - way to encourage students to save money! There is no computer lab or printing area available to PSU students, no quiet study rooms, etc. Basically, there are no amenities whatsoever and no where else to go because of the isolated location. I hope PSU is getting a good deal on the use of this building because it sucks being a student in it.

As a patient of the dentistry school, they pay for my parking. But I could understand how $22 for parking at a place where you are paying thousands for schooling would be outrageous.

That said, I have had nothing but great service from amazing, kind, and wonderful people here. I love how you have the philosophy of several dentists working on your dental health instead of going to 1 dental office with just his/her idea of what the best is for you. Especially if you don't know that dentist.

It does take longer to get thru the process but they let you know that up front. So if you want fast cosmetic work, this isn't the place. But if you want a great plan for your overall dental health, and you want a good price and great people, than this is the place. Oh, and the views from the dental chair aren't bad either.

This is a very cool example of modern architecture at work. I love how the different spaces from bike parking, to lobbies, to cafes all maximize use and aesthetic appeal.

Patients of the doctors in the building receive free valet parking, which makes a visit much less stressful. For free parking itself though, patients need to get their parking validated at their doctor's office, otherwise parking has an hourly rate.

If you are doing site seeing on the south water front, definitely check this building out, and the surrounding grounds which have numerous large scale art installations.

Cool building but the parking fees are absolutely horrendous.

I was going to be late for class so I decided I would just park in the their parking structure and pay whatever, I was thinking yeah its probably like $1.60 an hour, maybe $2 no biggie. WRONG. This parking structure charges $4 an HOUR!!!! and there are no increments by half hour or anything so I was there for barely over 2 hours and had to pay $12!!!! Are you kidding me? This is some serious greed.

Whoever manages the pricing on this has very little integrity and quite Greedy. $4 an hour is not affordable, especially not for a student who needs to occasionally park in your (almost empty) garage. Its not even in a high traffic area, its on the south waterfront- there is no justification for such inflated pricing. YOU ARE GREEDY.
