I love my bank I really do. I opened my account at the American Fork branch and have never had a problem with them. I have moved to Payson so the branch I go to now is in Provo. My girlfriend at the time needed a credit card to start building credit so I told her about my bank. We went there and opened her line of credit, the girl who helped us is named Tamera and she is by far the slowest person I have ever talked to, she was never any help to us and when putting information into a computer it took two hours alone to do it. Well today April 3rd she is now my wife went in to deposit her check which now has her new last name and Tamera was there again. So we got told she couldn't accept it because it doesn't have the correct name. So now we can't get her check deposited because my wife has not went to the SS office, but her boss wrote her now new lady name. We dread going into the place only because of Tamera. I have turned around and walked out of the building because the only person available to help was her. That is the only problem I have is that woman!
