I've rented cars from Enterprise for a few years and honestly have never had an issue or bad experience. I recently moved to Redding and have used the E. Cypress location a couple of times. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. For these reasons I will continue to do business with Enterprise.

The Redding staff is professional, approachable, friendly, courteous and quick. The car I rented was a pleasure to drive. My favorite part of the experience was being picked up and dropped off. I was thrilled from start to finish.

I needed to rent a car so mine could be repaired. Enterprise was very helpful when I needed to change the return date twice due to the time needed to complete repairs on my car. I would have rated this five starts, except this car was the dirtiest I have ever driven. The inside of the car was so dusty/dirty, I simply could not believe it. I have and will continue to use Enterprise, but someone should be paying better attention to their check in or check out procedures.

Had a great single experience with them. They picked me up and dropped me off. My vehicle was superb (didn't want to give it back). Family loved it. They gave us a deal, treated me wonderfully, and was just great all around.

Got a Camry. Had to bring it back because it had tire issues. Then they gave us a Dodge Dart. Worst car ever. I didn't like driving it at all. I tried to return it. Was told to come back next day, they would have something saved for me. Come back and talked to Anna Barker and she said her computer was showing next car to come back at 11am. She would call me soon as the car came back. Gave her my number. It was around 10 am, only 1 other customer aside from myself. 11:30 rolls around. No call still. I call back and got "sorry we've been busy all day and I can't grab you a car before they go out the door." I tell her I have stuff to do and can't wait around after she tells me she will call me back as soon as something comes in, so she tells me she will save me something. I said I would come back the following day, to which she said that would work for her, just make sure to call back an hour ahead. So next day, I call back and talk to someone named Jesse. He tells me no car was saved, they've been "busy all day" and that he couldn't do anything about it. He also said, all he could do was "put his hands up and say I don't know what to tell you." He then tells me that he will call me back as soon as something comes in. Which he doesn't. Finally after a week, I get a different car. The dodge dart they gave to someone soon after we brought it back, didn't clean it and in the time we've been waiting for the different car, spat the same "we've been busy all day" line to at the least 5 customers.
