The Rental of Vehicles is no longer a viable means any more . to much up front cost. It use to be you could rent at a reasonable rate. Now rates are up and deposits are high and you don't get anything for being a member.

Enterprise is great!! Customer services improvement needed. Upon arrival for pick up, there was no has in the vehicle, also the rental paper work was expected in my e-mail during travel and was not received at all. Therefore, I had no proof that I was actually renting the vehicle if stopped or something occurred. Nevertheless, I love enterprise and will return.

Helpful staff and a relatively quick and easy transaction. Didn't cost much since I rented a compact car and my credit card covered insurance. They seemed a bit understaffed for a Friday, though.

I reserved a compact car days in advance of a solo trip but when I picked it up all they had available was a giant gas-guzzling SUV with three rows of seats. There are two other locations near-by that they could have coordinated with - or sent me to instead, but since they close at 1pm on Saturdays by the time I found out it was too late for that. I absolutely did not need or want a giant car or the gas bill that came with it. This unexpected change made for a rental so expensive that it would have been cheaper to fly. I gave two stars only because it could have been worse - they could have had no car for me at all.

I know it may sound strange but if you don't want to be robbed don't book with these people!!!!!! I rented a car from this location but needed a few extra days and it was one of the worse mistakes of my life. The manager of this location, we'll call her Shelia, advise me to drop a money gram off if I would arrive after hours. I did early rhe next morning in a secured drop box supposedly so I thought.Later that afternoon I called to check but mysteriously it disappeared along with her it seemed. ( out sick or altering money grams). I sent away for a copy of my money gram and low and behold it was altered and forged then cash!!!!! I was devastated. The only ones having access to the box were two managers the one who told me to place the money gram there and another one who was clueless. Later finding out the person who signed MY MONEY GRAM is a friend of the manager, we'll call her Keisha. I wonder how many other people have had their credit numbers stolen or money gram by this enterprise location. I promise you I can't make this up. If she or her friend needed money that bad I could have created a go fund me page for them. Please whatever you do as a consumer think twice before you swipe or write anything to these people. The district manger did very little to resolve the issue and felt brushed off. He calls me back after a brief conversation only to say that Keisha was coming back to pay the remaining balance she stole which was $100. Wow!!! All they do is let their employees steal your money and slap them on the wrist. PLEASE BEWARE OF ENTERPRISE 1001 S SALISBURY BLVD. SALISBURY MD.
