WORSE EXPERIENCE i HAVE EVER HAD WITH GLASSES. 2 EXAMS AND OLD GLASSES ARE STILL CLEARER. PAID $260 FOR EVERYTHING AND THEN GOT ANOTHER BILL FOR $90. GENERAL MANAGER WAS AN ASS. CEO DID CALL AND EXPRESS CONCERN AND WAS TO CALL BACK. i HAVE TRIED 2 TIMES TO CONTACT HIM AND HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE WITH NO RESPONSE. TEMPTED TO STOP PAYMENT ON CREDIT CARD.

Honestly they're not a bad place. Most of the people at the front desk are nice. I like all the eye doctors so do my kids. It does take a little long to get your glasses. But overall, I will keep going there.

We are one of the many eyeglass and contact lens suppliers that this company has stiffed. They order Thousands of dollars in product and never pay their bills. Then, when they get shut off they go find another honest working company to rip off.
Worse, they give you the run around telling you that they don't have the resources to pay the bill. Well, with several doctors and locations where is all of that money going to??? SELLER BEWARE!!!!

I have been going to Accurate for years and have used all three offices between Laurel Millsboro and Salisbury. Quick appointments that are easily scheduled and reliable service. I can even get my glasses or contacts ordered in on location and delivered to another for easy pick up.

Had two different people fitting me for frames...one initially and another when I brought them back for repair...defects. Both showed all the warmth and personality of a wet dishcloth. Not very helpful at all. Never going back there.
