CrossFit Salisbury

A Gym I have really been looking for. CrossFit salisbury has a great team of coaches. All of them take their job very seriously and make sure all the athletes, new or experienced, are using proper technique in their workout.
Adam and Cam have done a great job.
I love the WODs. I am an addict now!
Kudos to John Haag, when he is coaching, he takes it to the next level.

Crossfit Salisbury has improved my life both athletically and socially. The owners and coaches are knowledgable, approachable, and care about your health and preventing injury. I've gotten stronger and gained much more confidence since joining this gym. I recommend anyone starting in the sport to give these guys a shout. And those veterans who think they can't get better, you're probably wrong!

Adam, Cam, and the rest of the coaches do a great job getting a new comer into the swing of things with CrossFit. The community of members is also really supportive. In the four months I've been a member I've dropped a lot of weight (I came in way out of shape) and am doing weight lifting moves now that were impossible for me in the beginning. If you are interested in CrossFit, this is a great box with which to get started.

CrossFit Salisbury is awesome! Coaches are knowledgeable and can meet anyone where they are physically to help them achieve their fitness goals and beyond. The community at CFS is so welcoming and encouraging.

CrossFit Salisbury is more than just a gym, they are an entire community of like minded individuals who all have the same goal in mind, getting fit. From the moment you walk in the door you get that warm vibe and are welcomed with open arms by everyone. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can do CrossFit, and you will love it. This community has become family. The coaches are amazing and have taught me so much. Give them a try, I promise you'll keep coming back!!
