We love this particular Denny's. Easy to sit and talk over a meal, with no acoustical problems as in Denny's placed in buildings originally built for other purposes.

The menu -- all of it -- can be ordered any time of day, except for soups, which are unavailable till 11 a.m. Prices are reasonable and serv ice is good. As always, be sure to sit AWAY from the kitchen/food prep area, and doors where others enter from outside.

Denny's offers a build your own slam for 7.19. You pick 4 items to customize your breakfast. They also still have their $2, $4,$6, $8 menu , and , of course a seasonal menu

Ordered a burger and fries but burger was delivered topped with bourbon sauce, which I requested not be added. Also had cheddar cheese, which too, I asked not be added. Waitress who brought order to my table was not the same as the one who took my order, but I overheard some of the staff (waitresses?) discussing that my order was wrong. When original waitress came back she was apologetic but didn't offer to correct my order. I ate about half of it. The waitress was good about keeping my tea refilled, so she did get an appropriate tip (no reason to fault her for the cook's mistake...I just hope the wait staff does not have to share tips with the cooks.) Upon check out, I wasn't asked how my meal was (odd), and since I did manage to eat half of it, I didn't think it was right to complain or request a discount.
