We reserved a month in advance. Truck was filthy. They were closing so it was inconvient to clean it. It took 26 hours for a 17 hour trip due to the tires and the truck pulling to the right. Could not go up to speed limit. The charging port did not work so we had to make frequent stops to charge gps and phones. The most dangerous ride I have been on. Called Terre Haute location to complain. I was talked to rudely by the woman answering phone. When we called corporate office to let them know of our experience, they called Terre haute,indiana location which then lied to representative from corporate and said truck was in working and clean order. Will not recommend to anyone to come into Terre Haute,Indiana store.

I reserved a car rental online and was very happy when I arrived to pick up my rental vehicle, a Chevy Cruze. This rental company offers great customer service and I will be using them again in the future...

I've rented cars from every brand of car rental company while traveling all over the US and Canada in the past 10+ years and Chuck and Becky at the Budget Car Rental in Terre Haute, IN are by far the most dedicated and professional people with whom I've done business. I can't imagine going anywhere else to rent a vehicle for business or leisure and would recommend them to anyone looking for a terrific rental experience.

Received a Chevy Cruse for the rental. It got GREAT gas mileage and the on board computer was state-of-the-art. Very happy with the vehicle. A lot of car for the money. I was originally concerned about driving a 4 cylinder in the mountains - but there was no hesitation or delay. The car's response time is outstanding and very easy to handle.

Location very convenient for pick-up.
