I had this Roadside assistance for 8 years and used it very rarely. I also had my Daughter on the account who did need to use it after she moved to AZ. Her car would not start so I told her to call AAA for a jump. They sent a Scammer Garage called Battery Assist who diagnosed her battery as bad. They charged her $225.00 for a battery that retails for $90.00 at Walmart. When I called AAA to complain, I got a bad song and dance and ended up hanging up. I will not be renewing my membership with them. Don't bother they will only disappoint when you really need them.

I called them a terrible woman faked a phone connection problem and I called again and again nobody picked up the call anymore, a very bad custom service!!! Poor management.

Our travel agent Debbie Kyle is very knowledgeable, efficient and organized. Her standards remain high and she is constantly thinking ahead to make sure our trip will go smoothly.

I called to get trip-tics for upcoming trip, as well as some tour books. I am not a member, and was able to get all I requested 8 years ago. Although I was treated in a polite manner, I was informed I would not be able to get any services this time (trip-tics, tour books), since I wasn't a member. When I suggested it would be good PR to offer trip-tics, etc..., I was further informed getting freebies was a one time courtesy, and I got mine 8 years ago. I was offered a map of the southwest and one tour book for Nevada, as well as membership info. I would have been more inclined to get a membership in the future if I could have gotten my requested trip-tics at this time. I remember the time when trip-tics were free for anyone, with the hope that membership follows. Guess the good old days are gone. Also any future membership for me. And I plan on telling all my friends AAA isn't what it use to be. Sad.
