I locked my keys in my car and out of every auto locksmith company I called not one called me back. Someone told me that taxis often times can unlock cars. One call and 15 minutes later Mike was here and had my car unlocked. Thank you SO much!!

Mike got to my house in minutes to get me to the airport when the cab I'd ordered the day before from Coastal Transportation didn't show up on time. Thanks, Mike!

The owner of this company called me personally to handle and apologize for a complaint that I had with one of his drivers. The owner was very knowledgeable, sincere and professional. The owners customer service and the way he values his customers is outstanding. One bad driver should not hurt this companys reputation which all the bad reviews seems to be from that one driver since we all had the same complaint which is not fair to the owner or the company.

Outstanding service!! My wife and I had an early morning flight and our driver arrived 10 minutes early. After waiting for us to get our luggage together he offered to help bring them to the car from the front porch. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a polite driver and a well-kept, clean vehicle. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone else!
