I had a great experience with A-affordable. It was as simple as doing a phone call. Michelle was very kind and helpful in my policy making. I would highly recommend this. Thanks Michelle for being an awesome CSR.

I just want everyone to know that Cindy Vargas was so good to me she did everything to make mine and my sons insurance the best it could be and she did so. She is very professional very kind and I am very appreciative But I got her as my representative. Sheila was the CSR at AA Affordable that seriously went above and beyond what it was that I needed help with. Sheila was so patient, kind, and understanding with how frustrated I had become trying to pay my bill on line. Rather than just send my call and request to someone/somewhere else, she just took the extra time , and took the payment herself. Sheila was able to multi-task with such politeness, and sweetness, all with a great sense of humor and professionalism. She sent me a receipt of payment, and also an additional document that I needed and she did so right away. When I replied to her emails thanking her, she even took the time to reply back. Amazing Customer Service, and also amazing assistance with my questions and documentation from Miss Sheila. Thank you Sheila!!!!!!

My experience here was great. Sheila O. from the Worcester branch was beyond helpful and took care of everything for me so fast. She answered all my questions and was so nice and patient with me. I would definitely recommend going to A-Affordable for all your insurance needs.

Megan of A Affordable in the Worcester Office did an absolutely GREAT! Job on helping me. Megan deserves high praise from her management( GETS ALL FIVE STARS FROM THIS CUSTOMER) as she is a great asset to the company. Very informative and knows the business very well. Megan answered questions that I did not know existed on my policy and how I can easily resolve the change and payments, complicated to write here but my answers and more were "OUTSTANDING"! I have her extension and will be doing business with her again very soon.
