The apartment was clean and bug free. The workmen next door really didn't bother us much as we are early risers. We thought the pool was cold, but weren't swimming that much.
We enjoyed our stay a lot, it is just a long way from the West coast. All in all, a great vacation.

We stayed at Cocoa Reef for a week at Christmas 2015, and had a great time. Our family group consisted of six adults and two children (7 year old twins) and Cocoa Reef worked out very will for our group. The house is a bit dated, but very spacious and comfortable for a group such as ours, with a pool and AC in the bedrooms. We had a couple issues (water heater had to be replaced; power went out to one section of the house) but Cimmaron responded promptly to take care of any problems that we made them aware of. We have been to St. John several times over the past 40 years, and although it is much more crowded than "in the old days", it is still a beautiful island and offers excellent opportunities for young and old to snorkel and hike. Overall we are thumbs up for St. John, Cimmaron Management, and Cocoa Reef. George and Leslie Small, Hillsborough, NC

Perfect place for me and my 3 teenage boys. Walking distance to Cruz Bay. Everything you need in the condo! Can't wait to return!

We had an AMAZING first visit to St. John! We loved "our" condo - the location was perfect, it was just the size we needed and had all the amenities we could have wished for. And whenever we needed help or advice, the staff at Cimmaron were so helpful (and nice!). We are already trying to figure out when we can visit again.

Cimmaron St John was wonderful to work with. We were greeted right off the car barge and taken to the condo. Our greeter took his time showing us the unit, sharing with us important information about the condo and the island, and was overall very helpful to our party of first time visitors to the island. There was even a welcome package to get us going the first night and morning. I contacted the company twice while we were on the island, and both times they were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use their services again.
