We went to Aroma's as our original destination was closed.
After being seated it took 15 minutes and a number of waves to be able to order our first drinks. After ordering meals (a good half hour of being there) it took at least an hour (almost a whole bottle of wine and another 3 beers) for the food to start coming out.
They oysters were ok but luke warm and served on salt instead of ice. Pork dumplings were the best although leaving me somewhat unsatisfied as an entre. The mushroom soup was so oily and buttery that I was scared the US would invade it -I had to specially request a spoon to eat it as i'm unsure how I could use the already soaked bread and a fork.
They are dog friendly which was a plus however service was tardy at best and the food wasn't that amazing.

Great barramundi, sitting outside by the marina. Service was good as was food variety. Opened at 6 so perfect timing.

My husband took me to Aroma Lounge last night and what a brilliant hidden gem! We experienced exceptional food and top class service. We will definitely be going back there again.
