Had a young girl by the name of Zoe take my order with the shy yet very professional and nice mannered service, also noticed the young trainee showing respect and kindness to another gentleman whom was in a wheelchair, listening to his stories amd showing interest in what he had to say, even walking round the counter to make sure he had his order in his hands properly.
If only there were more people like this young girl, even going as far to say a work colleague of Zoes whom works drive thru could learn a few things about customer service from the trainee.

Had Smokey bbq angus. Best fast food burger available these days. Great chips. Need to work on efficiency of service during busy times. McDonald's still fastest for service

9pm The Grill Master's BBQ Angus Burger was cold. Took it back , manager gave refund without apology. Wrong flavour frozen drink served. Chairs noisily being dragged across floor, four different tables of diners occupied at the time. Front automatic door broken, constantly opening and shutting , strong cool breeze through restaurant. Yes, they can't control outside temperature, but they should be able to control their doors. Will not be returning and definitely would not recommend.
