Staff have the worst attitude ever. Grumpy, not welcoming and not attentive, This applies to the two I have dealt with. They really didn't look or acted like they want to be there. Food was below average and took long time to get to the table.

Poor presentation, deep fried not fresh sea food. Couple of peaices of horrible fesh . Even with 30%Discount not wirth it ....again the meat is poorly prepared full of faty fat ...horrible cheese!! Cheap oily over cooked ..poor cooking techniques!!!!! @crowns !!! Shame

We ordered two beef dishes, but one is only half of big than the other one.
The service is really terrible.
Won't come again.

While the food is reasonably priced a good, the service is just so BAD!!! Our server had a blank expression and couldn’t be bothered to take our order

The 'Greeter' was sour faced and gave the impression that she could not be bothered moving to welcome us.
The wait at the table to place our order was excessive but the food did arrive quickly once placed.
The waitress was impassive and quiet sullen - not even putting plates directly in front of two of the party of three.
When wine arrived, my wife had to stretch over to get the glass.
A waitress came to our table with fresh water but did not take away empty plates.
I beckoned another waitress to order sweets plates still left!
When sweets arrived, mine was almost thrown down and slid across the table.
Customer service training opportunities abound - our friend who has visited 3 times commented that this was his worst experience in the whole of Australia.
A 5 star complex????? Maybe one day!
