Pet friendly hotel means to us very good feelings. Spa center is so good. We will come again.

Very close to the gondola.
Most annoying is the WiFi. Guest stay on a network that works ONLY next to the office. And they have another 2 networks, but not configured for use.
The breakfast is OK, but the morning cafe not.
The staff behaves sometimes like they are doing you a favour.
Shower leaks a lot.
Cleaning lady picks the trash only and there is no trash can except the one from the bathroom.
For certain services like massage you can only pay cash(fiscal evasion?).
It is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Very poor accommodation.
Pros:
Rooms well heated
Location: close to gondolas
Spa saunas are ok, they have 1 steam bath and 1 dry sauna, each can accommodate up to 6 people
Cons:
The receptionist speaks and understands English very poorly
The rooms are dusty and the cleaning ladies pick up the trash only if they stumble on it
The wifi works only close to the reception, no signal at all in the rooms
Very few parking spots(can accommodate 7-8 cars)
Kitchen poorly equipped
Breakfast food below average
The hotel cannot provide a vacuum cleaner if needed
The shower leaks very much
Found a review form completed 6 months ago in the room, so they clearly don't give a crap about customer reviews
Spa pool water is cold
They don't clean the area nearby the hotel of snow, not even the parking, so you have to use a bit of magic not to bump your car
The hotel is 4 stars rated but honestly it would deserve maximum 2 stars.
All in all, it was a poor experience at this hotel, will definitely avoid it for the next ski trips in Bansko.

Prices are good, beautiful view, brilliant location! Only 5 minutes walk from the gondola and the city center.
Close to all the good restaurants, bars and main attractions.
Rooms are specious clean and with new facilities.
Beds are comfy.
Only down side was a mean receptionist lady.
