After going to them by a referral, I took my cat to update her shots so I could take her to the groomers the following week, which required all vaccines to be up to date. I talk to them about her lack of using her litter box, and said it sounds like a behaviour issue but lets do blood work to cancel that out. Not even 5 mins later blood was done and the vet was gone, left me in the room, so when I went to the front desk and asked if she forgot she about her vacine!? She told me to come back another day since she wanted to wait for the blood work. ( which came back negative). I was taken back since the only reason I came in was for her shots, and just mentioned something else which they took and ran with. They charged me almost $300 for something I didn't even want to do and told me to come back ( which with working full time ) doesnt agree with my schedule. Went back to my usual vet and wont be going back ever to Essa! What a rip off!

Barrie's best vet! Wonderful, caring staff. Only recommended what we needed. Took great care of our fur baby!

I was referred to this clinic and will refer everyone else I know. Each staff member was truly concerned about my cat and never made me feel like I burdened them with calls or questions. They always made time for me, and the doctor after a long day at a conference, saw me at the clinic after hours on my cat's last day. Because my cat was a bit of a medical mystery, it was difficult to diagnose her but after doing a lot of research myself the doctor was right and did everything right. I never felt taken advantage of, the fees were reasonable, and I was never pushed to spend more or buy more. But more importantly, they should sincere care and concern for me and my beloved pet. They did all they could for my pet and were accurate and caring in doing it. I would not choose any other vet.
