Poor customer support and a billing issue led us to the decision to cancel our account with LifeLearn. We are still debating the issue of billing and I sent the cancellation letter, as per their request, in plenty of time for our account to be cancelled. Their cancellation policy can't be found on their website. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
