Amazing service! Extremely friendly and attentive, all we did was ask which floor had ice, to keep my babies milk cold and they switched our room to a floor with ice without us even asking! And put a crib in there for us 😍 Everyone was so friendly and greeted us with a smile. 10/10!

Excellent decor inside. I was at the hotel to catch a tour and I arrived early. The staff was still very attentive and polite, even if I wasn't a guest. The hotel restaurant is also one of the best in the city!

MICE!!! I was staying there for a wedding and saw two mice running through the dining area. I told an employee who was quite rude while telling me that they had someone on the situation. I brought up the issue again to front desk staff upon check out who acted like they had no idea there was an issue. Paying that price per night should not come with mice. The room itself was very nice and well kept. For the most part staff was pleasant and put on a great wedding for my friend. The hotel location was ideal for exploring downtown Halifax.

This place is really nice and comfortable. Great to check into after long travels. However some of our party was not able to check into the room at arriving because the room was unavailable even though it was 4 in the afternoon. The location is amazing within walking distance to so many places. I recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast is quite good as well.

The hotel staff are wonderful. Extremely nice and respectful. The location is incredible. It's right in the heart of Halifax, within walking distance to dozens of great restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself has a great pool/hot tub/ sauna and the rooms are amazing.
