Went to get my Back waxed.. turned out great an the lady was Very nice an very professional... Plan one Going back an Would tell friend to go too.

I used to shave for a quite long time until I considered waxing. I decided to go to her because of the numerous positive reviews she had got over here. I decided to do my armpits and legs. Having taken a look at my coarse hairs, she said that she couldn't wax my coarse hairs and also blamed my ethnicity for the thick hairs. I asked her to do my underarms atleast and she did it with a lot of fuss. Quite honestly, I didn't have a relaxing session with her. She kept complaining about my coarse hairs, made me feel bad for shaving and didn't even bother applying powder as she was busy bickering, before waxing. I just wanted to come out as soon as I could. 2 weeks later, I went for a waxing appointment at a saloon in my home country(India) and without any complaints, the esthetician who took me in, did a terrific job despite the coarse hairs. I would strongly not recommend this place for those who want to shift their gears from shaving to waxing.

Kim is an absolute godsend! I called in a panic the day before my girlfriend's wedding. I had had my lash extensions put on a week prior and they had all fallen out, naturally I couldn't go to the wedding looking like that! And the initial girl refused to fix them. Luckily Kim was there to save the day! She spent nearly 2 hrs meticulously removing the lashes she could without damaging my natural lashes before giving me a completely new set of lashes. She then discusses at length with me the routes to take after this set fell off to ensure my natural lashes were able to grow healthily. Sadly I was 1 of 5 girls with the same issue and Kim was able to fix it for each of us. I love that Kim always takes the time to ensure each custome leaves with the proper knowledge for selfcare and healthy choices when it comes to their bodies.

Kimmie was amazing! I went in for my first Brazilian wax. Never having had anything done in that area before, I was a bit nervous. Fortunately, Kimmie's friendly and welcoming service put me at ease from the moment I walked in. She made me feel comfortable right from the start. It was all over in less than 10 minutes and I feel great. No regrets. I will definitely be going back again.
