Love this place! I visit Meagan for my monthly brazilly and am always confident I will be walking out happy. She seems to have it down to a science. Ive been getting waxed for about 5 years now and hadn't found a place with consistent service until finding the ten spot! Great atmosphere, clean space and a friendly staff are what keep me coming back as well as a knowledgeable esthetician taking care of my most sensitive areas !

I just got a bikini wax from your hamilton spot.
Meagan was great.
But unfortunately what I got for $28 was not.
She informed me about your new policy that she can't wax the bottom half of my bikini line- and to do that I would have to pay and extra $10 to get a bumkini, which includes the butt area that I don't want done.
You have to realize how ridiculous this is!
I would pay a couple dollars more to get my entire bikini done- but I would be wasting my money paying for a bumkini that I wouldn't take advantage of the whole service!
Also, I can get a bikini done at other fancy spa's for $25, so what incentive do I have for coming back?
I brought a friend as well and if this is the way you continue ripping off your clients then we won't be coming back.
The least you could do is explain to your clients that a bikini wax doesn't actually include your full bikini, before they're on the table.

The Ten Spot is a super place to go for a wax. The staff make you feel relaxed and comfortable, even when you are in a vulnerable position. I had Chelsea do my wax, and I found her to be fabulous. She personalizes the experience by remembering things that I had said to her and asking me about them on the next visit. It's not everyday you feel this comfortable with someone who is in your crotch!
The prices are a bit expensive, but well worth it for the job. The staff are quick and efficient, and I don't think you will have a job done as well at any other place offering the same services. Hygienic and clean. Would highly recommend.

I continue to go back, again and again, because The 10 Spot continues to meet or exceed my expectations every time. Staff are always friendly, thorough and clean. I have never had a bad experience with either nail or waxing services, and I have full confidence that if I did have a problem, they would go above and beyond to make it right. I recommend the 10 Spot to all my family and friends.

Very friendly staff, relaxed and modern atmosphere. I have had facials done here and have had such great experiences. The staff are never pushy around buying products. Everyone was open to answering questions and were very helpful. Highly recommend the place.
