0 stars. You hydrated him but did little to find out why he's so sick. Sent him home just as bad off as when we brought him in. 600 $ for what ?
Shame on you !!!!! I call to have his file sent to the cat hospital as we are rushing him there in a emergency state 2 hrs after bringing him home from your atrocity of a vet clinic; and you're busy with an emergency and will TRY get around to it ?
Horrible place ..if you love your pet take it elsewhere.

At about 5pm on a saturday, my cat had been chased by a dog and was so scared she ran into a fence. He jaw was broken and she was clearly in a lot of pain, as her second eyelids were prolapsed and HER TOOTH WAS STICKING OUT THROUGH HER UPPER LIP??
It was an emergency, so we took her to Valleyview Veterinary Clinic. Let me remind you: it was 5pm. On a Saturday.
They took her in, but demanded we pay the 2000 dollar fee on the spot. They would not even look at her without their money.
They didn't care my cat was suffering. They just wanted their money.
This premises is into the veterinary business for the wrong reasons. Low and behold we don't go there anymore.

I had the pleasure of having my 8 year old German Shepherd taken care of by Dr. Maricle and the Wonderful Staff @ Valleyview Veterinary Clinic on Friday the 3rd of March. I had taken my boy to a local vet here in 100 mile and the care was very Shoddy. Hence I made the 2.5 hour trip down to Valleyview Veterinary. All of the Staff were pleasant - empathetic - understanding and professional. My GSD was treated with Respect and kept in touch with me through out the 7 hours of care. My Thunder had to have two teeth removed due to a fairly large cyst. I was told by the local clinic in 100 mile that my dog had cancer - however this was not true. I would recommend any one who wants a Wonderful Clinic to utilize the expertise of Dr. Maricle and Staff. I made the round trip of almost 400 km and would make it again in order to have a reputable clinic with outstanding staff who went above and beyond. I am forever thankful - Colleen McCann

The staff from the front desk, to the vet techs and Dr. Maricle are amazing. Very caring, professional, honest and thorough. Never pushy but always recommending the best approach for our dogs. And when we lost one of our pups they were very supportive providing us reading material and sending a post card. Couldn't ask for a better team!
