I've been here about 4 times this year , each time without an appointment. Great people, fast service and results the next day.

I took my year and a half old daughter at this location for her blood work and it was a horrible experience. We have been to this location quite a few times only because it's close to our residence, and we are a working household so time is a huge factor, hence our choice of location.
The nurse took her time to find the vein, and when she finally stuck the needle in, she kept moving the needle in and out and my child was in tremendous pain all this time. When I couldn't take it anymore and asked her what she was doing she took the needle out and said we'd have to try the other arm. A second nurse came in this time and it seemed the procedure was rushed since it was almost time to close, and it left a nasty bruise that left my daughter in a lot of pain for a few days.
I will NOT recommend this place to anyone, time or distance will not matter anymore...I simply cannot see my child being mishandled and in pain.

Been here several times with my children, always go because it is the 2nd worst location in Milton if that puts it into perspective. The issues with the labs are that the demand is high and everybody wants to go after work etc. The staff work hard are efficient, experienced and many times stay late to get everybody done. Their courtesy, bedside manner, communication skills and attitude are substandard at best. The location in the basement is problematic for cell phone reception, typically you whave to wait outside in the hallway. Enjoy watching the elevator door operate or staring at the shite brown walls as there are no distractions from the sounds of the women's washroom which is across the narrow hall from where you sit, the elevator, and the children crying after getting a needle. The experience is further enhanced by the shadow ridden overhead fluorescent lighting which is typical for hallways. If it is dead or you are quick or lucky you can sit in one of the few chairs inside the hen house and eavesdrop on everybody's medical issues and even read a few test requests that are left laying on the front counter or admire the urine and stool samples if that gets old.

They are always busy & at times it's a long wait time. The nurses are good when they take your bloody test, I don't feel any pain with the needle.

I was here on Friday, July 22, 2016. Last nurse the did my blood work were horrible. I've been doing blood work regularly for the last 17 years and I've never had any issues until then. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she should not take it on the patients. I felt like she stabbed me, and a strong current went through my hand that made me jumped a little. Never felt so uncomfortable having a blood work done before. I now have this shooting tingling sensations happening in my arms not sure how long before it goes away. If it does not go away, I may have to go see my family doctor.
Place is very tight too, and seems very unorganized. Clinic just called me today, and apparently they read my requisition wrong, so they want me to come back to draw more blood. Are you kidding?! SMH.
