My wife had a mushroom mozza bergwr last night. The mama size. She got 2 strings of onion on her burger and 3 thin, tiny mushrooms that tasted canned! No exactly a mushroom burger worth paying extra money for. A complete rip off! Plus they had no onion rings to go with the crappy burger.

Love A&W but this one gets a failing grade and needs some serious attention. No hand towels in the washroom, incorrect order, no cold mugs, etc.
Cleaning is apparently not a priority

The staff here is not pleasant. Today it seemed like the cashier was arguing with every customer in the lineup and not taking blame for her/his data entry errors.
If you are looking to have a great start to your day, this is not the place to get your breakfast.
