Waited 10 minutes for food that was cold, as in not even warm, and so much tartar sauce on the filet of fish it could have bbeen put on 3 sandwiches. Second time in a row it's been like this. I'm done with McDonalds.

Terrible experience with McDonald's lately. Literally never have ice cream. Today we ordered 2 cones and received them in tiny sundae cups.... ice cream is "too runny to cone"

The gentleman that ordered right in front of me ordered two medium black coffees, we ordered two black teas. This was approximately 3:30 pm. After a bunch of farting around, we saw our drinks being made, set to the side and then proceeded to sit there for at least 3-4 min.
Meanwhile 10 people standing around filling up the happy meal boxes while our drinks just sat there.
We actually had to ask the person that poured and prepared them, to actually give them to us!

Food is good and staff are friendly. One visit I had to ask a worker to clean a couple of tables, get me ketchup packages and medium drink lids. Ice seems to be out of the drink machine to the right. And the order kiosks run out of printer paper.

The only meal I really enjoyed from McDonald's was their breakfast. I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin and in the first two bites got egg shell in my mouth. It was awful and uncalled for! Watch what your making and make it properly for paying customers!!!
