Not the most professional place. Upon arrival (10 minutes early) I didn't feel they provided a relaxing environment. Don't expect them to offer you water or anything they basically just tell you to sit down and wait your turn... It felt rushed and then the masseus chewed gum the whole time and all I kept thinking was she's probably going to drop her gum in my hair and I'll have to go over to the barber shop after to get my head shaved. Overall I would not go back or recommend.

I have been here twice. Once for a body scrub and once for a Bachelorette party pedicure session. Both experiences were amazing. My body scrub was beyond wonderful I can't wait to do it again. We had a group of 4 for the Bachelorette party pedi session and it was wonderful how they were able to accommodate us all and just enjoy ourselves. The prices are a little high (I'm a student so everything is expensive) but are comparable to other places. I will definitely return.

My husband and I have monthly mani/pedis at Edgewater. Jessica and Sara, who perform our services, are good at what they do. They are super friendly and accommodating. Check-in is quick and friendly. It is great having free parking nearby where you don't have to worry about parking tickets.

It was a really nice facility, the women performing my services was very nice, polite and friendly. This was my first time there and on arrival I got information regarding where to hang my jacket and where to wait, nothing else about where to get the footwear or that I was to take if for myself.

If you're someone that likes peace and quiet during a massage I would NOT recommend Edgewater Spa whatsoever, as soon as I thought the lady was done talking and I could finally have a moment of silence the yapping just continued on all over again. Rude and condescending staff, unhelpful yet extremely nosy (2 of the employees would not stop staring at me which made the entire experience there even more miserable than it already was.) The receptionists looked like they were forced to be there as opposed to being calm and naturally friendly, they just seemed tired, rushed, and annoyed with me. I understand it's really busy but you could at least try... :/
The overall state of the place just made it unbearable to actually stay calm, relaxed, and happy to receive my massage. Extremely negative experience... I've been there twice. First time I thought it was all just a big misunderstanding, but second time I realized it was actually just how the place runs. I tried talking to the boss but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through to her, she was rude, demeaning, closed off, and had an overall DISGUSTING attitude towards me and anybody else there that had a problem with the way things ran (me and another lady included.) It's an absolute shame that a customer can't have a say with the treatment that they received, having spent their own money, time, and effort getting there and back and regardless of being nice to everyone there it still didn't matter. Just disappointing and mentally damaging...
