I can't say enough about the care provided by Sheila and Teresa for my cat, Asha. She was one of the difficult ones - 14 years old and had been hyperthyroid for 5 years before she was treated. It took two treatments, and despite complications that were not their fault, they retreated for free, and provided ongoing consultation for months afterwards. They called and emailed regularly long after they had to - they truly went above and beyond. My father had passed just before Asha became ill, and the care and compassion they showed for me, and for Asha, was greatly appreciated.

I have now had 2 cats zapped by these wonderful ladies- and could not be more happy! I had insurance, so the cost was not so much an issue for me, however even if I didn't it would be worth every penny. Not having to give pills every day, and only having to do a few sets of repeat bloodwork after and then they're CURED! So happy with the entire experience.

Janice Smith is my pseudonym. I flew my cat with me from Calgary to North West Nuclear in Vancouver for the radioactive iodine injection. I can't say enough good things about North West. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Price-wise, people-wise, reporting-wise; absolutely everything. In about 5 days, they flew my cat back to me and I was so happy the way he arrived (they got him ready for travelling so well). They communicated with me daily and the pre- and post-communications were excellent. If you're considering this treatment for your hyperthyroid cat, just stop and book with North West now. I can't imagine that you'd be anything less than as impressed with them as I've been. They were higher than 5/5 rating but that's as high as I could rate them. :-) Love them!!!
