I tried to use the ATM to withdraw some cash. My request to withdraw money was declined, and I didn't receive any cash from the ATM. So, i tried again, and i got the cash. Later I checked my balance and saw that the bank charged me for the declined cash-withdrawal. So I was charged twice even though I only got cash once. I tried to call the bank but it went straight to voicemail. This ATM seems like a scam. Still haven't heard anything from the bank, after calling their number several times.
