Although it's one the best hotels in Batumi, it still has to catch up with International Hilton standards. A/C and heating problems in the rooms are quite common. The roof bar has an amazing view and there are nice cocktails. In the weekends, there is also a DJ performing. On the other hand, food selection is limited, desserts quality is really average and the service is very slow. Fitness room has more appeal to women. Mostly cardio equipments available no muscle training equipments. Spa and pool are nice.

Not so friendly staff, the rooms were not well prepared plus the floor that we are in smells really bad. Unfortunately, the AC were not working well in the hotel generally and I had to call several time to complain about this problem.

The sky bar is worth going to. They good food and drink options. The staff are very kind and attentive and service-minded. Didn't see much of a view due to night time visit.
