I have never seen such a bad communication between personal and costumer before.Two girls and both of them are so angry so rude so unpolite. They have a great problem with communicating with human. Only a guy who was there as a personal was polite and helpfull. I will never and ever rent from hertz darmstadt again.

I have been a regular customer with Hertz across Globe for more than a decade - and never seen such a worst service. Pff..severe attitude issues at front desk. Awful experience! Never ever rent again at Hertz in Darmstadt!

I have rented multiple cars from this location times, and never enjoyed the process (although everytime going there with the best of intentions). The staff are unfriendly, don't like English speakers, they ask for unnecessary documents, they don't check the car properly when giving it out, and pedantically check it when returning. It has never been fun. If you can go with Sixt, (and else brace yourself for the some telling off from Frau Hertz!)
