Friendly staff and great ambient. My food was great, girlfriend was somewhat disappointed. Would still recommend it.

Great local food and ambiance. A bit away from city centre but not too hard to get to by tram (11 stops very close by; 7 too). At peak hour we had to expect a bit long for the food. Other than that, all was good. I would not recommend the duck though... most traditional serving of duck around this area is the leg. Here they offer the breast, and thinly carve it for you - not the maigret way and not the traditional serving, a bit of a Frankenstein Duck.

Very nice classic German Beergarten. Obviously a great beer selection but also a good selection of traditional German food.
The atmosphere is very open and casual as it's supposed to be in as Beergarten.

A racist waiter and ok food. We actually found the food ok and the beer garden in the back quite charming. As we approached the end of our meal one of the waiters, uninvited, shared his opinion about how immigrants have no place in Germany. If this establishment spent more time helping their staff with professionalism they might up their game a bit as a more pleasant establishment.

One of my favorite places in dresden.
The food is great and the beer is even better :)
Definitely a recommendation if you're around!
