Had dinner there last Wednesday with a friend. Just before the main course was served l saw a mouse running across the floor. The waiter said there was nothing he could do about it and continued to serve the food. My experience was ruined. I was nervous and kept looking for mouse. The staff didn't even apologize.or God forbid try to compensate for the bad experience.
At the end of the meal I was fully charged without even an apology.
such a bad experience. - never again!

In Hannover should have better restaurant that this one.
Service was the worse I had in the last 5 year in my long life of international business travel. The people that was serving was no professional enough and the meet wasn't in the way I ask to be done.
Totally disappoint.

I called a day earlier for reservation. We came just on time. I was with important clients since the place was highly recommended. There was a couple waiting before us and when I asked what about my reservation I got an answer and i quote: I see your reservation but i have no place. sorry. It was 9 o'clock and all he places are full. My dinner was ruined and I am angry as hell as I could not book anything at 9o'clock. Dispensable for Germany.
