One of the best spots in Leipzig. A must visit to the upper floor to watch the full city, and stop by the restaurant to have a proper meal or just to have a coffee. Worth the visit!

This is a nice view of the city, with a place there to grab a drink. We didn't have any beverages so cannot comment on the expense, but on a nice day it would be a nice place to sit and have a drink. It cost 3 euros to go up.

Best place to take panorama photographs in Leipzig. View partly obstructed by the remainder of the building.Also, the platform is quite far away from the edge of the building, which also obstructs the view.
