Clean rooms, nice staff, and goid breakfast.
Far away from public transportation, you better use a car to get to city center (30 min to get to munich center when using public transportation, 10-15 min by car).
Air conditioning in my room did not work properly.

I was here for four nights during PferdInternational 2016 and this hotel was perfect for this purpose. Yes, it is pretty far from the city center, but there are good connections by bus and underground rail.
It is also in a quiet area, so light sleepers should be ok here. The room was very spacious with modern design. It was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I paid a special price, but it is really worth the money.
-1 star for the distance to the city, the lack of an in-house restaurant for evenings, the lack of a mini bar and the very dim lights over the bathroom mirrors (really difficult so apply make up)

Very clean rooms, a nice kids corner in the lobby, free breakfast (with gifts for kids), free (and fast) wifi, and nicely laid out rooms.

It was nice. Big room with carpet, big bath room with heated flor and small space for shower
