The Rilano Hotel München

This is a modern, very very clean hotel with a young and stylish ambience and a fine and smiling staff. Although officially rated as a four-star establishment, I would rate them five-star in a number of catagories: design, food, staff excellence and cleanliness.
I was here on business and it was very productive.
Breakfast is worth a special word: wonderful. Their honey is served in the original honeycomb, bread is fresh, pepper is rough cut. They are open until 1030 (which is unusual and very nice) and coffee is available in the dining room until noon.
Zimmertipp: if available and affordable, their Junior Suites are wonderful.

Nice and clean hotel. Room was very small, but so was the price. Nice staff. Breakfast was really good.

Nice hotel, very good location close to all main communication arteries . You can be at the center of Munich within 15 min.
Very good food . Parking sort of pricey though ...if you brought a car with you.
There is little shopping complex just around the corner if you need to get few things : groceries , toiletries etc.

Worst Experience.
Same breakfast menu every day (X7 days), no chicken item. It was terrible 2 weeks for me in Munich being from India.
Also, front desk was not at all cooperative, even wrote to customer care about my lost item somewhere in the lift (3 boxes of BMW steel mug).
I requested for CCTV footage or any communicatio to entire hotel staff about finding my lost item.
No interest was shown by the reception team.
Few of the front desk/reception team members were too rude.

I would think twice booking Rilano from Next time.
Even now, I don't expect that somebody would ever bother to look into my grievances.
