On Thursday, and Thursday's only, they serve the best Maultaschen (Swabian specialty) in the region. Make your reservations early. For wine, I recommend you order a Trollinger. That combo is off the hook.

Every time in Stuttgart I have to visit the Lamm. You can beat the Rahmschnitzel. And the Spätzle are just gorgeous.
The only downside: Its difficult to get a reservation, therefore you have to plan your visit well in advance, and its nearly impossible to get a table in November or December.
