Avoid. Staff are nice, but you can do so much better in town and in other restaurants along the beach

Wow. This place had the most ignorant, rude staff on Naxos that atleast I encountered. We went here to get lunch because well, it looked nice. I'd say this restaurant was like finally going on a date with that cute crush only to find out he's dead inside with no personality whatsoever.
So the waitress is smiling and sighing its obvious how much she just does not want to be there. I'm a waitress so I always opt to be as great of a guest as I can because I know how much I appreciate those myself.
I ask her about vegan options on the menu or which alternatives could easily be made vegan. They don't know about the term so I explain to her what I can and cannot eat, she's not really listening so she keeps on suggesting stuff with seafood or cheese and I'm trying to find suggestions in which she shuts down directly without asking the kitchen, I'm asking if they could maybe just throw together some grilled vegetables, she points on the grilled vegetables on the menu which is with cheese and I tell her that will be perfect just without the cheese. I ask her if I can get it with rice or potatoes instead. She is looking at me like, Are you insane? And theeen tells me okay, one plate of rice will be 4 euros extra. At this point she's so tired of me she decides to go ask her coworker what she's gonna do. This dude is standing at the bar completely unbothered, he could not care less about what she or any guest had to say. Dead.
She came back and had changed her mind so she told me that no, it was not possible to change the meal or the price of it, you could not order it without cheese, " it's juust a little slice of cheese on top, you can easily move it"
What?
We got up and left. Plenty of restaurants on this island are happy to make me delicious food. Literally anywhere but here apparently
* have to say though the two guys with the sunbeds were actually so so nice, and serviceminded. The rest of the staff should learn from them.
