The best camping place that we found. a supermarket and a full new style restaurant in that area. a minor fail is the stylish but not practical washing area. great jogging along the river. good walk to firence.

We stayed in a bungalow as well. Great facilities--clean and new. We were here 3rd week in October. Both pools still open. Cappuccino in the morning at the bar. Staff is friendly. Things to know: shuttle times are limited/cost 3 euro. Buy a shuttle ticket in advance from front desk they wont take euro! Also, a military base next door. They play taps and other music at 8:00 am every morning, so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in. No refrigerator in the bungalow, so don't buy food at the market that needs to stay cool. Pizza Man is a great restaurant within walking distance of the camp. Take bus #14 to get into town. Easy short walk to the bus stop if you miss the shuttle. Some busses take tickets, some take euro. Can usually find an outlet close by where you can buy a ticket. Great place. A little out of the way, but so nice and new with great rates.

A bit far from town but they run a shuttle bus for €3 return. Good facilities. Occasional live music at the onsite restaurant. The pool is not deep, but good for cooling down. All facilities and not too loud.

A great option close to the city centre, only 10 minutes by bicycle (there is a direct path to the city along the river right next to the camp). The camp staff in general were hit and miss but in particular the bar staff at the restaurant were fantastic. Only main downside was that the hot water system in our bungalow didnt work three times (although each time it was repaired within 15 minutes each time) during our 4 night stay.

Stayed here in a bungalow for three nights, and it was the best place we stayed in Italy. The facilities are all completed now, so no construction noise or inconvenience. The bungalow was clean and modern. There is a bar, restaurant and a grocery store within the camping area, so no need to travel too far. Overall very clean, and runs smoothly. Access from the city is easy from the city bus.
