The hotel has a very unique design which makes it stand out from others. However, the service was not the best. When traveling I try not to hold anyone accountable for not understanding me because I speak a different language than them. What I don't understand is why some of the hotel staff are inconsiderate of travelers. I understand they are busy but there's a breaking point for me when you talk to a costumer rudely. He was working with a costumer and I waited until they finished talking to ask a quick question- if he had seen my phone I thought I had left at the front desk. He didn't answer the first time so I asked him again, and he then looked up and proceeded to say he's with a costumer. I would understand but he was on his phone! It was a question that would take no time at all.

Beauty and modern hotel. Room is comfortable but shower is in room and not in bathroom! 😑 Staffs is very nice. Breakfast not the best for a 4 stars hotel.

love the place but think twice if u go there and u don't have a car! I considered walking to the hotel instead of getting a cab and i5 wasn't tge best experience. There are only 2 ways to have access to the hotel without a car from the city... one u have to walk a through the pedestrian passage where is full of homeless people or go through the car passage on a small sidewalk (around 10 min walk)
