Ridiculous. The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. If you are looking for good service, do yourself a favour and stay away from Adega Midrand.

Absolutely horrible experience on Sunday the 05 November 2017.
To start with, the centre that the Adegas is located in needs security guards who are able to communicate with human beings as such. Parking is a nightmare in this centre, coupled with harassment by the security guards in the complex.
On our arrival to Adega, we were not assisted after 15 minutes of waiting at the front desk for service. We asked for the manager twice. Some say we would be still be waiting had we opted to stay. Pathetic service - Please do not advertise specials if you clearly cannot handle the volume of customers. Pathetic service!

This used to be my favourite restuatant but the standard has dropped since I started going there. Service is slow and professionalism is not what I hoped for. And though their food continues to be outstanding (flavour wise) everything around it makes me think twice about going there.

Food is generally good here. Service was a bit slow for a large crowd. Pre-ordered some of the food but it was still delayed.
