The rooms are comfortable, however it is just a room. The check in is self service and there is no communal area /bar or restaurant.

Neat and simple. Close to Oerlikon station. No reception but there is a convenient self-help check-in desk

Hotel is nice and clean. Self check in took a little getting used to but it was easy enough to figure out. The area around the hotel is very noisy.

We were surprised that there is no formal lobby or reception area, just a machine on the wall, similar to an ATM that you use to check in. Our room is comfortable, but has minimal amenities, no phone for the room, no mini fridge, no fans, although the windows open to let in a cool breeze. I cannot give a review on the staff, because apart from passing by housekeeper on the way out for the day, we have yet to have any interaction with staff.
