Comfortable, nice views in upper floors of the newer wing, close to night shopping areas. But hot water in showers not consistent. Popular with event crowds. No convenience stores nearby anywhere.

Good interior design.
But not private with material use ,sound around corridor was very loud.

Rooms where new, clean but small. Hat Yai Central Festival Mall is just opposite the hotel so it is easy for tourist to do some shopping. Overall good experience.
