Food is good and good helpful service. Our room is tiny but there are also bigger ones. Room includes safe, shower, air conditioning, tv and basic needs... many small things cost extra like a map or water or using the safe. First cocktail we had was a huge minus. We couldnt find any alcohol in it, was basically just juice. Hotel is located in a good spot. No car traffic, only pedestrians but not far at all to walk to the main road or nearest beach

It was the best Holiday i ever had and the hotel was so beautiful and romantic flavour too. The food was also very good and very exotic. The rooms were so clean and the personal was also so friendly and a very good service. This is a place where I feel at home. I will come back again everytime I can.

This hotel is a place you have to stay is in the middle of the city you'll get the tram,taxis to the beach near to the beach the stuffs are helpful the people in Alntalya are friendly shops and restaurants are nearby the food are fresh more veggies I'll like to stay there again we enjoyed it.

First impressions of the Hotel are good. Setting is lovely. The staff are nice. Our room was great and overlooked the pool. The problem is you cannot use this pool. The swimming pool is down the road and around the corner. It has a card lock but they wont give you a card. Instead you have to wait for a staff member to let you in. Our room was very loud. recorded cool jazz music echoed from the bar and the wood floors upstairs squeaked every time a person (or stampeded of elephants) waked around. The second night we moved to a lesser but more quite room. The pool in the Hotel is now a restaurant. Its a but of an obstacle corse with the many tables. One poor man fell in the pool fully clothed with his bag. Many people smoke so if you don't like the smell you may be put off your food. The food is expensive and not great. Our room came with complimentary (Buffet) breakfast and dinner. The Breakfast was ok but the dinners are not. We ate out most nights.
