I stayed there in May 2016.
My room was not so clean. On the sheets and bedding were some stains. Althout this was non smoking room I could feel strong smell of cigarettes. Staff at the front desk did not speak much in English. They didn't instruct about wifi, breakfast time starting and where it will be serve end so on. I had problems with wifi - very, very slow, sometimes (evening) didnt work at all
Not so close to the city centre but the price is similar as in Instanbul old town.
