If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.. it was my friends' joint birthday and they turned us away "for no reason" and when we asked the reason the bouncers said "you aren't dressed up enough". Even though most of us are wearing dresses and "going out" outfits... Can't recommend this place to anyone unless you own half of Belfast, are half naked or wearing designer gear... definitely won't be back!

Was my 21st Birthday and was out with 11 of my mates, payed a £10 in and was upstairs for about 5 minutes before I realised I had no money, I went downstairs and asked the manager (Paul) whether I could leave to get money, after going round the corner to the cash machine and returning 2 minutes later the same manager stopped me as I was walking back in saying that he wasn't letting me back in. I honestly thought he was joking at first, I hadn't done anything wrong and I had just asked him whether I could leave. I asked him why, I clearly wasn't drunk, I had only just given him my ID 7 minutes prior and allowed me to pay in. This is when he started acting extremely rude and ignorant, I asked for a refund as I'd only just spent the £10 to get in, he said I wasn't getting one. Why this manager decided of all people to pick on me I don't know, I don't even know the guy and I'd never seen him before last night. The only reason I can think of is he gets a kick out of abuse of power. Ended up being pushed up the street by the bouncers who were only doing there job to be fair. Had no charge on my phone and couldn't contact my mates or a taxi, so had to walk for an hour to get home while my mates partied without me. My 21st birthday night out completely ruined for me as well as my mates who all payed in to celebrate with me. I hope the manager sees this and replies with the reason why I wasn't let back in or somehow admits that he was wrong and apologises to me. Disrespecting and alienating customers is not a way to run a business, I'd expect this kind of thing from a waiter or bar staff but not a manager.

This place is honestly disgusting on how they treat people, my boyfriend whom I was with the whole night was told that he was allegedly "sick" over the balcony when he was completely sober and we were told to leave just after 11pm, an hour before all five of us had paid £8 fee in and £2 for our coats. I then asked to speak to the manager in which he did not arrive for over half an hour yet he was able to take my boyfriend immediately out of the club before this without question. The way the manager spoke to me was completely demeaning, telling me I should not have as much trust in my boyfriend. Absolute joke. Will encourage everyone not to go. Far too strict, need to make sure they find the exact person before throwing a random sober person out. Doesn't even deserve one star. Also I find it a bit ironic how they do not have the option of giving them a review on Facebook.

Same as previous posters! A pretentious club, enjoyed my first experience here but going with a group seems to be a no go. But they will let some of the group in, generally the lady's and give the lads the complimentary 'not tonight lads' while giving outlining they don't need to give a reason. If they were against groups or have a distinct dress code I could understand but the policy is definitely pretentious

Booked hen party here. Absolutely amazing. Service and staff perfect. Food was so yummy. Cocktail making was fun and beaut.!! Very good value for money. Beautiful place.
