Water spilled on to floor in room, corridor had nasty smell throughout stay. Good central location but other than that very disappointed. To cap it all could not believe that there was a charge of £2 to leave my bag behind reception as my flight was later in the day. It is a trivial amount but having stayed in hotels throughout the world this is the first time I have ever been charged for this.
As you can gather from the above comments will definitely not be staying in an ETAP hotel again.
Friends who stayed in the Premier Inn nearby had a much better experience including breakfast which my friend who had also stayed at ETAP told me I had done well to avoid.
Very disappointing given my high level of satisfaction with Ibis group hotels previously.

The hotel is basic but nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. The room is big enough, clean and warm. Hair dryer not in the room but you can request it for free. The location is central and close to many attractions and landmarks.
Immediately close to the hotel there is a pub with high music up to 1AM and this can cause inconvenience (luckily we went always in bet not before 00.30AM). An extra fee (2pounds) was requested to store 2 luggage after the check out.

Rooms are very sterile and do not feel very welcoming. No tea making facilities in then room and little room to do anything else. The room reminds me of a hospital room, and has been styled similarly. Well located in the city centre though. Clean and comfortable sleep.

A friend and I stayed at your hotel on a brief visit to see the Titanic centre and othe Belfast attractions. The e -tap is ideally situated to explore the city, a short walk from city centre and on the Hop on Hop Off Bus route.
It is a well run clean hotel with staff you should be very proud of, they are polite, friendly and very helpful, not to mention their ability to converse with guests in many languages. The breakfast was an added bonus.
Highly recommended.

My room was above a bar/club which as the evening progressed became very noisy. After a lovely night out with my daughter who lives in Belfast, I have to say I only managed two and half hours sleep.
The toilet had a very strong smell of urine and the window wouldn't open.
Would I stay here again? Not sure.
At the moment I prefer the Ibis (City Centre). Rooms are clean, toilet smells fresh an windows open.
The only positive review is the lighting in the room :-)
Sorry ETAP
