Great gym, friendly staff, loads of machines, clean changing rooms.
I do have some issues with their contracts etc. but I can't fault the Connswater branch for that.

Very Lovely staff always friendly and helpful. I always see them out testing & cleaning equipment too! There is definitely not enough weights equipment which means ill probably leave at end of my contract and the monthly cost needs to be brought down slightly.

Great club, lots of mirrors which is a great thing to brush up on my technique..
Staff are helpful amd friendly.
Like every gym there are peak times but it makes for a better atmosphere.
The monthly contract prices are great to...and a contract is a contract so there will be no complaining from me....
Im going to shut up now as I've squats to do!!!!

place is awful..... i had it set in my contract that if i ever had any problems with my legs (shin splints) that my account could be put on a free freeze they charged me for months, i was also told that the gym is run by helpful instructor's which is bullcrap. the male instructors only want to work with good looking girls and really try to avoid average people that are really trying to lose weight or need help, i dont advise this gym to any one.
