Brightonwave hotel

Lovely B and B with great facilities. Located in the heart of Brighton walking distance of the pier and plenty of places to eat nearby. Only thing preventing 5 stars is the stairs. We were on the top floor and it’s a long way to have to carry suitcases but the room was lovely, very clean and well decorated.

We stayed for two night's in early October and the entire stay was terrific. Clean and tidy. Everything so smartly presented. Breakfast was as everyone else has stated, lovely! We stayed in the luxury garden room downstairs which was absolutely magical, our Hosts for the weekend were welcoming more than helpful when it came to directions and recommendations on things to do and enjoy.

All in all a fantastic place to stay in Brighton. :0)

Top floor room, comfy bed, good to have fans in the heat. well positioned for central Brighton. Lovely breakfast and helpful owners, Richard and Steve.

Brilliant stay. Our room was at the top so it wasn't close to the street but it's a side street anyway so it's not too busy. Extremely close to everything. Very friendly owners. Breakfast was very good, not the best I ever had but definitely one of the better ones. The room was clean, spacious and had a very cozy feel to it, just like home. You have snacks available in the kitchen all day long, and have a number of DVD's you can play. The bathroom is kind of small but very neat and there wasn't anything wrong it. Definitely one of the best stays I ever had at any type of accommodation, especially a Bed and Breakfast.

Just finished an incredible breakfast here at Brightonwave. The hotel is in an ideal location, on a quiet street, and close to the sea. A wide selection of independent restaurants, cafes, markets and clubs in the neighbourhood. Room was small, but comfortable. Very quiet. I was alone, but I'm guessing the other rooms are larger; I certainly wouldn't have wanted to share this room. The hotel managers (maybe owners) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
